These photos are from October, 2016. We're a little behind updating the blog, but we're gonna try to catch up over the coming weeks.
In October, Isaiah brought his fiancee (now wife) home to meet the family. She is beautiful inside and out. She is quiet and gentle and fiercely in love with my son. She shares a favorite color with my mom, and she is helpful and kind. We are so looking forward to getting to know her better.
While they were in town for a visit, we went to the apple orchard, attended church, had a big family dinner, and spent some time together.
They haven't been back since October, and we weren't invited to the wedding, but we are anxious to spend more time with Isaiah and Janel Henn.
Because I have such an incredible example of what it is to be a mother-in-law (if you've been here long, you know I call mine my "mother-in-love"), I am looking forward to loving on my new daughter-in-law in all the ways I've been shown love over the years.
Below are some photos from our trip to the apple orchard.

Where we pick apples, you are allowed to eat as many as you want as you are picking.

| He's so goofy. Miss him. |

| This is posed. We were trying to get some photos of the two of them. |

| Those smiles. |

All the best apples are near the top of the tree.
Or near the bottom--inside the tree. |

I've been away way too long. What great pictures, especially enjoyed seeing Janel and Isaiah. Take good care!
